Come and get it by jjpeabody Come and get it by jjpeabody
I had fun with this one. I'm not really sure why. Again, I'm practicing adding more perspective into my paintings

This reminds me of Dracula (Vlad Tepes III). Romanian soldiers of the era would've worn similar atires.

I love the colors; the cold winter grays and whites, the cold mountains, the snow drifts in the sally port, juxtaposed against the vividly colored battle banners.

Like life-or-death Capture the Flag.
That sounds like a book in the making

Very nice draw, the composition is pretty classic, but it works hell well! :D

I love the textures you used.
If you ever happen to remember where you found those brushes, could you please let me know.
I am dying to use some new material.

As for the picture in general, as usual, your work astonishes me beyond belief.
Your worlds capture the essence of imagination.
Every time you upload something I get very excited and jump at a chance to gander at it.
I can see that you're working on more perspective, which is great.
I know I need to work on that too.
Just truly amazing and again, an instant fave.
Thank you for being an inspiration.
Love your art!! <3<3<3<3

Looks great!! Can I ask what kind of brushes you're using in this one? Or what brush settings you have? I'm trying to get used to the Photoshop interface and such, lol.

Mostly they're brushes that I found on the web. I honestly don't remember where I got them. However, I have modified them since I acquired them and eventually just found a few in the mess that I actually use.
