Enchanted Garden with Stairs by jjpeabody Enchanted Garden with Stairs by jjpeabody
I was really trying to pay attention to all the stuff that makes a painting epic. Form, function, lighting, color, etc. Let me know what you think :)

About 5 hours in photoshop, no reference.

Well, if I was to choose a location to take a photo with my boyfriend, I would choose this :)
I love the colours:: you manage to paint them all in full but still have a whole impression for colours in the picture - hard to express in English - sorry... what I mean is, if you look at the single detail, they all have their own characteristic colour. But the impression of the picture as a whole is not: oh, a mixture of heaps of colours - but a wholistic impression - you somehow managed to integrate all the variety of colours and detail into a wholistic impression... (was that understandable?)

This is just completely awesome on every level. I'm running out of adjectives to describe your work. And no reference? WOW!
