More Speedpaints

I was wondering as landscapes is something I desperately want to improve upon. How do you go about doing your own landscapes? did you line up the drawing first before going in with colour or just straight in?
also about studies, HOW did you study landscapes. this is one of those things that I always hear "yeah just study landscapes"
forgive an idiot but HOW do you study a landscape lol They never mention that.
I have devised my own methods of learning which is probably the same as anyone else but there are methods of learning and I was always curious os the ART way. lol
