Painted in photoshop about 2.5 hours.  No textures used.

It feels like I'm getting a better sense of depth which is what I wanted to focus on in this piece.

I love this piece :) I am terrible at landscape art because of not really understanding depth. I think you've really captured this scene quite nicely. Perhaps what might help with the dimension of this particular piece is making the background mountains 'bluer' like in your "Fantasy Landscape" piece. The more atmosphere between the viewer and the subject the more blue you would normally see. Paint on!

No textures? None?! That is absolutely amazing! I don't know if I could ever create something like this without textures :) You have a true gift :D

Marvellous. I must try more speedpainting like this. You get excellent results and practice and your landscapes are beautiful.

Another beautiful piece :)
You definitely produce great depth through the contrast of the background and the foreground. I think if you make some more differences in the foreground it would even look more natural. Here you got a strong impression of a 2D-ridge - if you can guess what I mean - maybe it would give more debth if you managed to give the impression, that the ridge actually comes torwards the viewer...
Anyways: especially the background with the misty mountains is just beautiful - and I love the impression of the picture
As always a pleasure to see your work :)
