How Do I Eat Thee? Let Me Nibble the Ways
Parody of "How Do I Love Thee? Let Me Count the Ways" by Elizabeth Barrett Browning
How do I eat thee? Let me nibble the ways.
I eat thee to the caramel and cream and nuts
My tongue can reach, when my eyes cannot see the center
For the ends of Filling and ideal Flavors.
I eat thee to the level of my heart's desire
By my sugar need, by chocolate and by toffee.
I eat thee freely, as I strive to be Hyper;
I eat thee purely, as you melt in my Mouth.
I eat thee with the determination to get the last drop of flavor
In every bite, and with my childhood longing.
I eat thee with a smile that seemed to grow bigger
With every bite,-I eat with my smil
